How do I care for my items?

We recommend that you follow all care instructions on the label inside the item. Most handbags can be spot cleaned with a dry cloth and accessories should be stored in a dry area. 

What is the return policy? More importantly, do you issue refunds?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not issue refunds or exchanges.

Can I cancel or change my order?

To ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, we start processing it as soon as it comes through.  That means we unfortunately cannot cancel or change an order after it is submitted. 

How long will it take me to receive my order?

Shipping methods and estimated delivery dates are provided during checkout, but are not guaranteed.  Items will be processed by Eight6 within 1-3 business days, but shipping times are beyond our control and may vary.  Weekends and certain holidays may delay the arrival of your items. Please be aware that you may experience delays due to COVID-19 as well.
