So sorry you aren't happy with your purchase!

We will gladly accept exchanges for store credit only within 7 days of confirmed delivery to the customer.  All exchanges must be shipped back to us at the customers expense. Jewelry and sale items are final sale.

To be eligible for exchange all items must be unworn, unused and original tags still in tact.  We have the right to deny any return if the items are not in original condition (including damage, traces of makeup, odor or deodorant). Items must be postmarked or have confirmation of ship within 7 days of receipt of order. Any returned items that do not meet this criteria, or is sent back after 7 days of confirmed delivery will be shipped back to the customer, at their expense. 

We recommend that you send items back with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

Please understand that quantities are limited and different sizes/colors may not be in stock for an exchange.  

For damaged or defective items:

Please visit within 3 days of order receipt to let us know.  Please follow the instructions to initiate an exchange. If the damaged/defective item(s) are no longer in stock and cannot be replaced, you will receive a store credit. 

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.  Exchange shipping costs will be determined by actual weight, exchanges are not subject to flat rate shipping.
