Shipping FAQs

Please be aware that shipping times may be delayed due to COVID19! 

Shipping fees are based on weight and destination zip code. Once you enter your shipping information, your shipping totals will be shown at checkout. You can choose the shipping service (flat rate, priority, express) depending on how quickly the items are needed. If flat rate or FREE shipping is chosen, your order will be shipped the most cost effective way, which can vary from first class mail or priority depending on weight. This means shipping times may vary. 


After your order has been confirmed, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. After processing, all packages will be shipped via USPS or UPS. Delivery dates will be estimated based on USPS or UPS shipping times, but cannot be guaranteed. Weekends and certain holidays may delay your shipment. 

Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address when placing your order as Eight6 is not responsible for refused or returned packages. 

Eight6 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, if this occurs please file a dispute with USPS or UPS. 

Eight6 only accepts orders with United States shipping addresses.  We are unable to ship internationally at this time.
